October 4, 2025, 10 am – Steinway Experience Day

Come join us as we give you a closer look at what makes Steinway the world’s greatest piano. We will begin with a presentation of our Model M Spirio R, Steinway’s cutting-edge proprietary player and record piano, followed by “Secrets of a Steinway,” little-known but fascinating facts about the brand. Finally, we will close with a review of how a Steinway is built. Led by Mr. Micah Hammac and owner and operations manager, Christy Myers. 


The Steinway Experience

October 18, 2025, 11 am- 1 pm –Music College Fair in partnership with Baldwin County Music Teachers Association

Professors, recruiters, department heads and deans from ten colleges in the region are looking forward to meeting you and talking with you about their fine arts programs. This is our third year offering this excellent opportunity for middle and high school musicians to network and learn more about what these great colleges have to offer by way of degrees of study, majors and minors, and scholarships. 

 

 

 

 

November 1, 2025, 10 am – Dr. Robert Holm (University of South Alabama) 
Dr. Robert HolmSteinway artist and beloved professor Dr. Robert Holm is being inducted into the Steinway Teacher Hall of Fame! Later in the month he will be headed to New York City to receive this distinguished award. To celebrate his decades of service to students of all ages, we have invited him to the gallery to be honored by his students, friends and colleagues. And what better way to honor him than to ask him to give a masterclass? Dr. Holm has graciously agreed to coach and offer invaluable feedback to winners of the 2024 Piano Virtuoso Competition one week before this year’s competition. Thank you, Dr. Holm! 

 

 

November 15, 2025, 10:30 am – AMTA Districts Workshop

Dr. Hannah Roberts, chair of AMTA State Auditions at University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, leads a workshop on preparing voice, string and piano students for AMTA district auditions. This workshop aims to help you set your students up for success in the audition process.
